This is a yummy yummy recipe from my cousin Paige. It is great with everything. If you don't like the spice, it is still a great moist cornbread without the jalapenos. 

Cousin Paige's Jalapeno Cornbread

You will need:

3 eggs
1 1/2 Cups Self Rising Cornmeal
3 TBLSP. Flour
1 can Creamed Corn
1 8oz. carton Sour Cream
3/4 Cup Oil (vegetable, canola, etc..)
1 Large Onion (chopped)
Dash of Salt
1/4 Cup Chopped Jalapenos (for medium heat)  (Add more if you like it hotter!)

Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or a little oil.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
